When refunds are approved
- Returns: approval occurs after FAVERRA.COM receives the item and completes an inspection confirming eligibility.
- No-return cases: approval may be granted for certain issues confirmed by FAVERRA.COM that do not require the item to be returned.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex) in USD.
Processing time
After approval, FAVERRA.COM processes the refund within 5-7 business days.
When it appears on your statement
Once processed by FAVERRA.COM, most banks and payment providers display the credit in 5-10 business days. Posting times vary by provider.
Original shipping charges
The original shipping charge of $6.99 per order is refunded only when FAVERRA.COM is at fault (for example, an incorrect item or another confirmed order issue). Otherwise, shipping is nonrefundable.
Restocking fee
No restocking fees are charged.
Partial refunds
FAVERRA.COM may apply a partial refund when returned items are not in original, try-on condition, including but not limited to:
- Missing tags or packaging
- Visible wear, deodorant/makeup marks, pet hair, odors, or damage not due to transit
- Missing components from a matching set
If a partial refund applies, FAVERRA.COM will email the outcome and the adjusted amount after inspection.
