Checkout security
Checkout runs over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) to protect data in transit. FAVERRA.COM does not store full card numbers or security codes on the storefront. Transactions are completed securely through trusted payment platforms such as PayPal, Stripe, and Airwallex.
If a payment fails
- Confirm the card number, expiration date, CVC, and name exactly as they appear on the card.
- Verify the billing address and ZIP/postal code match your card issuer’s records.
- Try another accepted method: PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, or Airwallex.
- Check with your bank or PayPal for authorization or available funds, then try again.
- If issues continue, email [email protected] with the error message and order attempt time (do not include full card numbers).
Billing address match
For successful authorization and fraud prevention, the billing address entered at checkout must match the address on file with the card issuer.

- Clear browser cache/cookies or try a different browser or device.
- Ensure your card allows online and international transactions in USD.
