- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (a direct URL on faverra.com is preferred).
- Your contact information, including name, email address, and, if available, telephone number.
- A statement that you have a good‑faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

If your content was removed or access to it was disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and contact information (including email).
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your address and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

What happens after we receive a notice or counter‑notice
- FAVERRA.COM reviews submissions for completeness and may remove or disable access to the identified material.
- When action is taken, FAVERRA.COM will make a reasonable attempt to notify the affected party with a copy or summary of the notice.
- If a valid counter‑notification is received, FAVERRA.COM may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order.
Repeat infringer policy
FAVERRA.COM may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate access or listings for users or parties who are the subject of multiple substantiated copyright complaints.
