Cancellation Policy

Cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.

1) Clear cancellation window

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have moved into processing and cancellation is no longer assured.

2) When an order enters processing

Once an order enters processing, FAVERRA.COM cannot guarantee cancellation. The team will make reasonable efforts to intercept, but if the order is already prepared for shipment or shipped, it will proceed as placed.

3) How to request a cancellation

1. Email [email protected] within 2 hours of purchase.
2. Subject line: “Cancellation Request – Order #[your order number]”.
3. Include: order number, the email used at checkout, full name, and a brief reason for cancellation.
4. Wait for a confirmation email. If the order is still within the window and not yet processing, the cancellation will be approved and confirmed by email.

4) Refunds for approved cancellations

• Refund method: returned to the original payment method in USD.
• Timing: refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after approval; your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
• Shipping fee: the standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order is refunded only when FAVERRA.COM is at fault. For customer-requested cancellations, product charges are refunded; the original shipping fee is not refunded.

5) Shipping address accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing payment. If an address error is noticed, request a cancellation within the 2-hour window and place a new order with the corrected details. After processing begins, address changes or reroutes are not guaranteed.
